The Yoga Institute is a Yoga Therapy training organisation that offers Yoga Teacher training courses and Remedial Yoga Therapy modular training programmes. We are a registered training organisation with the British Council for Yoga Therapy and our courses are for students, for teachers and for all those practitioners of Yoga who aspire to deepen their knowledge and practice in an environment where they can be supported in their physical, mental and spiritual growth.
